Robert Zugar has been an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2000. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and after further studies abroad gained his first experience in rendering legal services while working in an international law firm, where he cooperated with foreign partners and their clients in establishing themselves on the then developing market in the Czech Republic. He left the international law firm in 1998 to join TOMSA & SPOL., where he eventually became a partner and further participated in the development of this boutique-type law firm focusing on clients requiring legal advice with an insight and overlap with business and finance. Robert Zugar delivers legal advice mainly specialized in the area of real estate development and financing and real estate transactions and he represents both international institutional clients as well as local investors requiring detailed knowledge of the legal environment in the Czech Republic. He is also often mandated to represent his clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Robert Zugar is registered as an established European lawyer in the Slovak Republic. Petr Fryc is an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2006, but has been active on the legal services market in the Czech Republic since 2001. Petr Fryc gained his first working experience immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague within the team of law firm TOMSA & SPOL., where he has held various positions throughout his career and has been loyally accompanying many of his clients since they entered the Czech market. Petr Fryc mainly specializes in the field of leasing, development and management of shopping centers and logistics complexes, and during his career he has participated in the development of several important projects in these segments in the Czech Republic. Clients appreciate his long-term knowledge of the real estate market and many years of experience in all its areas. He also provides legal advice in the field of trademarks and unfair competition law. Ľudovít Acsay graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where he obtained a master's degree in 2007 and doctorate's degree in 2010. Ľudovít Acsay has an extensive work experience in the public sector, where he has held various positions at the Czech Telecommunications Office and the Czech Post for more than eight years and has participated in the preparation of laws governing electronic communications, as well as in the methodological guidance and training activities in this area. Since 2016, he has been working in the team of the law firm TOMSA & SPOL., first as a junior associate and since 2020 as an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association. Ľudovít Acsay specializes in advisory in the field of corporate law and compliance, as well as real estate law. Clients appreciate that thanks to his experience in the governmental sector, he is very well acquainted with internal rules and procedures within large corporations and is able to pass on this experience to clients with an overlap into the private business. Samuel Koreň has been working in the team of the law firm TOMSA & SPOL. since his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he obtained a master's degree in 2016. He specializes in the real estate law and insolvency law, in particular for clients operating in Slovakia. During his practice, Samuel Koreň gained an extensive experience in the rental and management of retail and logistics centers in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and thanks to his orientation in both markets, he is able to provide clients with comprehensive legal and business advice in this area. Samuel Koreň also focuses on litigation and debt collection. Samuel Koreň is an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2020 and provides services in Slovak, English and Czech.
